At Herzog Jewelers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your selection, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Log into your account or contact our concierge team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Secure Your Jewelry

  Place the item in its original presentation box and include all certificates, appraisals, and warranty cards provided at the time of purchase.

  Ship with Care

  Affix the provided shipping label to a secure, double-boxed package and drop it off at any authorized courier location to ensure fully insured transit.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the condition of the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
