How long does shipping take for fine jewelry?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For high-value items, we use insured overnight shipping to ensure your piece arrives safely. Please note that custom engravings or sizing may add 2-3 days to the processing time.
Do you offer a warranty on your engagement rings and watches?
Yes, Herzog Jewelers provides a limited lifetime warranty on all bridal jewelry covering manufacturing defects. Our luxury watches come with the original manufacturer's warranty, typically ranging from 2 to 5 years.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-designed pieces and personalized engravings are final sale and cannot be returned.
Are your diamonds ethically sourced and certified?
Absolutely. We strictly adhere to the Kimberley Process to ensure all our diamonds are conflict-free. Most of our center stones are accompanied by a grading report from the GIA or IGI.
Can I get my jewelry appraised for insurance purposes?
Yes, we provide a complimentary professional appraisal with any purchase over $1,000. For older pieces or heirlooms, we offer in-house appraisal services by our certified gemologists for a nominal fee.
